How to Contact Us

The best way to reach us is via e-mail.  We check our email several times each day and usually respond within a few hours.

We also have an administrative phone line that can be used BEFORE camp begins in July.  Please leave a concise message and be sure to tell us the hours we can return your call (we won't call back after 9:00pm unless you tell us it's OK).  Be sure to speak clearly -- we do not have caller ID on this phone so if we can not understand your phone number we can't return your call.  It may take us several days to return your phone call.

Please do not send us an email and leave us a voice mail message with the same question.  That creates double work for us.

This contact information is for the Camp Crossroads program only.  If you have questions about another day camp held in Oakton, you must contact the director for that camp.  If you have questions about troop camping, please contact your daughter's Girl Scout leader.

If you have questions regarding GSCNC's computer system that is used to create your daughter's profile and individual account so that you can submit an application for her, you must contact GSCNC at 202-237-1670.
