Teen Staff Position Descriptions

We have teen staff positions in all of the same units and centers as the Adult Staff except:

Review the Adult Staff position descriptions to see the type of work involved.  We prefer that girls who have completed 10th or 11th grade work in the Appleyby Arrows/Montrose Magpies/Caerphilly Catapults Units or Centers.  Girls who have completed 8th or 9th grade do well in Sumbawanga Sunrays, Ballycastle Bats Units and some Centers.  Also see the 6th Grader & Beyond FAQs.

Teen staff members who would like to work in centers must be available to attend the Center Planning meeting  in addition to the other training dates.  See our Important Dates for the planning/training dates. 

Teen Staff assigned to Appleyby Arrows, Montrose Magpies and Caerphilly Catapults are expected to participate in the overnights with their units.

Teen Staff have a low-key "slumber party" type sleepover on Saturday night before camp begins.
